Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy
Clear, transparent guidelines for order cancellations, damaged or defective items, return requests, and refund processing.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched for delivery.
Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly through our official customer channels:

Once an order has been dispatched to our delivery partner, cancellation may generally no longer be possible. If an eligible cancellation request is approved prior to dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.
2. Damaged, Wrong or Defective Products
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or appears defective, please contact Meisha Agrihub™ within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review and resolve your issue quickly, please provide the following details:
- Your Order Number (e.g., MAH-...)
- Clear description of the issue
- High-resolution photographs of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label
- A short video clip where useful to demonstrate the issue clearly
After reviewing the case and documentation, Meisha Agrihub™ will evaluate the claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on product availability and verified condition.
3. Returns of Unopened Products
Unused and unopened products with original seals intact may be considered for return, subject to review and prior approval by Meisha Agrihub™.
Customers must contact Meisha Agrihub™ before sending any product back. Items sent back without prior communication and explicit return instructions from Meisha will not be accepted or eligible for refund processing.
4. Opened Seed Packets
Opened seed packets are generally not eligible for return for change-of-mind reasons. Seed quality, moisture protection, and storage environment cannot be independently verified once an original brand or sealed pack has been opened.
Note: This guideline applies to change-of-mind return requests and does not prevent a customer from raising a genuine claim regarding a damaged, wrong, or defective product as outlined in Section 2.
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved by Meisha Agrihub™, it will normally be processed to the original payment method used during checkout (Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI, or Wallet via Razorpay).
Refunds are processed manually through our payment provider. Once initiated, the refunded amount typically takes approximately 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account or payment card statement, depending on your card issuer or banking institution.
6. Shipping Charges
Our standard shipping policy for customer orders is as follows:
In cases of approved refunds or order adjustments, final refund values will take into account the specific circumstances of the order, dispatch status, and applicable shipping terms.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, undelivered, returned to origin by the courier partner, or encounters transit issues, please contact Meisha Agrihub™ with your order number.
Our team will review the tracking status with the logistics service provider and coordinate appropriate assistance or reshipment where feasible.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law. Where applicable law provides a consumer with a specific statutory right or remedy differing from this policy, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
