🌾 Return & Refund Policy — Meisha Agrihub

1. Overview

At Meisha Agrihub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality agricultural products, seeds, and tools with utmost care. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair return and refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Note: Due to the nature of agricultural goods (like seeds and fertilizers), returns are not accepted once the packaging is opened, unless there is a proven quality issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially used seed packets or Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage by the buyer.

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at 📧 support@meishaagrihub.com within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order ID, product name, and attach clear photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

  4. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for pickup or return shipment.

Please keep the product securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after product verification.

  • In case of replacement, we’ll dispatch the new item once the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Meisha Agrihub error.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
